My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was great for enjoying the waterfront and taking advantage of the ferry to San Francisco, the room had some drawbacks like only having a shower when I prefer baths and the water taking a long time to heat up. Despite being clean, the room felt old and there were some bugs present. The service, however, was top-notch with very helpful and friendly staff. The dining situation was a bit misleading as breakfast was not included as advertised. The facilities were decent but could use some improvements.
